Shipping policy

Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Some tracking updates take a few days to appear.

United States: free standard shipping, estimated 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway): standard shipping USD 6.99 (shown in your local currency), free on orders of USD 60 or more. Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Australia and New Zealand: standard shipping USD 6.99 (shown in your local currency), free on orders of USD 35 or more. Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days after dispatch.

How we ship: Orders ship directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, some in the US and some outside the US. If you order more than one item, or a bundle, the items may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak seasons or customs checks.

Taxes and import fees: Where VAT or GST is collected at checkout, it is included in the price shown. Otherwise the carrier may charge import VAT, GST or fees on delivery.

Lost or late orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email zainsaeed8814@gmail.com and we will resend or refund it.

Digital printables: these are delivered by email and nothing is shipped.
