🚚 How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days and you'll get a tracking number by email. After that, delivery takes about 7-15 business days to the US, and about 10-20 business days to Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Peak seasons and customs can add a few days.

💸 How much is shipping?

US shipping is free. Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway): US$6.99, free on orders of US$60+. Australia and New Zealand: US$6.99, free on orders of US$35+. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

📦 Where do orders ship from?

Straight from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, some in the US and some outside the US. That's how we keep prices friendly. If you order a few items or a bundle, they may arrive in separate parcels.

🐾 What's the 30-day happy-dog guarantee?

If you're not happy with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery. If something arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, send a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, with no need to send it back. If it's just not right for your dog, we'll refund the item price. If we need the item back we'll send you a return address, and return postage is on you. Read the full refund policy.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll sort it out.

🧾 Will I pay import taxes?

Where VAT or GST is collected at checkout, it's already included in the price. Otherwise your carrier may charge import VAT, GST or fees on delivery.

🎁 Do you have any discounts?

New here? Use WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order. You can also buy any 2 brushes and save 20%, applied automatically at checkout. Discounts can't be stacked, so checkout uses one per order.

🖨️ How do the digital printables work?

They're PDF files, not physical items. We email your file within 24 hours of purchase. Print at home on A4 or US Letter paper, or fill them in on a tablet.

🐶 Which brush is right for my dog?

For most shedding dogs, start with the MistGlide self-cleaning slicker brush. Thick double coats (retrievers, huskies, shepherds) do best with the full Shedding Kit. Not sure? Email us your dog's breed and coat type and we'll help you pick.
