Products and pricing

We try to describe products and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly from the photos. We may correct errors and update prices or availability at any time. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you before going ahead.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

Pet safety

Our products are accessories, not medical or veterinary products. Supervise your pet when using any toy, mat or grooming tool, choose the right size for your dog, and stop using any item that is damaged.
